I have heard it said recently that the Aboriginal people are the "first" humans. With this in mind, all of their ancient wisdom and all of their vast spiritual knowledge for "real" life was not part of the agenda (the plan) that the low vibrational beings had for humanity- which is where we have landed-oppression, control, manipulation, greed, narcissism, lies, corruption and the list goes on. We are going to rise out of this (and are) and live the way we were all meant to with TRUTH, FREEDOM, HUMILITY, LOVE, CREATIVITY and SOVEREIGNTY. XXX

The first squatters arrive here in 1837. In 1851 Victoria’s Chief Protector of Aboriginals, A G Robinson, passes by where the Whyte brothers had killed 17 First People and notes Chief Timber-room on Burrumpeep Hill shouting ‘This country belonga to me! My country!’ His people send smoke signals from the hill to communicate with others. Twenty-five years later only about 40 of his people remain. Some were shot, others poisoned and all the emu are gone, sheep and cattle have trampled native fruit and vegetables. The last of the tribe were seen in 1868, one old man, his wife, two girls and two young men described as ‘looking starved.’ They weren’t seen again.

I don’t know this song but I bloody love it. That was awesome. And of everywhere that I’ve driven I think the Hay plains were the most boring of them all 😅.
